| North end view of the box sill (looking south toward the garage) before I cut open the floor. The board between the top of the foundation and the bottom of the box sill board is completely gone. You can see a piece of it on top of the foundationon on the right side. On the right side of the picture is the floor joist to which the east wall of the (currently unused) basement office is attached. |
